in salon event

To get started, please provide me with the following information:

  1. Desired location you are wanting to book for - Clintonville or Harrison West.

  2. A comprehensive list of client names + respective phone numbers + emails + requested services.

  3. Desired date + requested start time + any information regarding when you will need to leave the salon by.

  4. Anyone needing gel removal, powder dip removal, acrylic soak off, or nail art for gel services only.  

 

Please read below regarding important information about booking an event at LACQUER GALLERY.

 

PAYMENT POLICY:

-We require each client’s name, phone number + email in order to book them individually organizational purposes + for the ability to provide separate forms of payment.

-If you plan on paying for your entire party’s services - with one form of payment - please advise of this + all appointments will be booked under your account.

 

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM:

-In lieu of a deposit being held - a credit card authorization form will be emailed to you.

-This must be filled out + returned via email in order to secure your booking.

-The card information provided will only be used in the event of a same day or no call//no show cancellation during your event.

-The card will be automatically charged on the day of the scheduled event in the event of the aforementioned circumstances.

-All information will remain confidential + destroyed of appropriately.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

SAME DAY CANCELLATION: All of our service providers are commission based - so if any client within the party decides they no longer want a service done on the day of their scheduled appointment - there will be 50% of that service cost for a same day cancellation charged to the provided card on the authorization form.

NO SHOW CANCELLATION: If any client within the party does not show up for the booking - there will be 100% of that service cost for a no show cancellation charged to the provided card on the authorization form.

-These fees will be charged on the day of your event, regardless of circumstance.


 

ALCOHOL POLICY:

-Please understand we do not allow alcohol to be brought into the salon as we do not possess a liquor license. This is a violation of state law + state board regulations that we cannot allow alcohol to be consumed in the salon prior, during or after services.

 

FOOD + DRINK:

-We do allow food + (non-alcoholic) beverages to be brought in + consumed.

-We have plenty of room for drinks + food to be set up, but will require that all set up + clean up is done by you.
